ComEnCo (Hangzhou) Environmental Equipment Co., Ltd. is a solely owned subsidary of ComEnCo Systems Inc. of Canada. ComEnCo Hangzhou has a similar corporate structure to its parent company. It currently manufactures and sells VOC abatement equipment to the domestic Chinese market. The PAC/RCW technology developed by ComEnCo Hangzhou is effectively used to treat air streams of low temperature, low VOC concentration, and high volumetric flow rates. This technology is being promoted by the Fujian Provincial Environmental Protection Bureau (EPB) and Fuzhou Municipal EPB. ComEnCo Hangzhou has also developed a PAC/RCO technology for treating emission streams with intermediate VOC concentration. ComEnCo Hangzhou will be eventually expanded into a manufacturing base to supply worldwide clients, taking advantage of advanced ComEnCo technologies and inexpensive local labour. The product line and services are presented to the market through COMENCO SYSTEMS INC.'s sales force and agencies in both Canada and the U.S., plus Engelhard which is also in the US. Offshore agencies such as TermoSystems in New Zealand, Yuwon in Korea, Resources Engineering in Taiwan, Gray and Weir in the UK, and P.E. Engineering in Malaysia and Groep Bildo in Belgium currently represent COMENCO SYSTEMS INC.'s interests abroad. Negotiations now on going with foreign agencies with the hope that they will represent us in their countries.
